Fantastic news for EV enthusiasts….the demand for the new Porsche Taycan is expected to be so high that the company has decided to double the production of the yet to be released vehicle.

Porsche now expect a 40,000 Taycans a year to be built in Stuttgart up from the previously planned 20,000. To put this into perspective Porsche sold 36,000 911s last year.

The car will be presented at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September and sold in the market early in 2020.

If you have a spare €80,000 Euros (ish) you can have a new toy. If you want you can nip to your local Porsche dealer now and give them a non-binding €2500.00 to reserve this beauty.
