When is a Hybrid not quite a full Hybrid ? The new FIAT Mild Hybrid has arrived. Call me a sceptic but it looks to me a bit like a cheap way to get around new anti-pollution/ low carbon laws and restrictions. On the other side the Mild Hybrid does offer greater fuel consumption combined with up to 30% lower emissions ..so certainly worthy of a look.
